About My Clients
I specialize in working with clients who are dealing with the lasting impact of trauma — including veterans, first responders, and adults with complex life histories. Many of my clients come to therapy after years of feeling on alert, easily overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves and others. I also support adults with ADHD who struggle with organization, motivation, impulsivity, or feeling “too much.” My ideal client is someone who wants to understand where these pat
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma, ADHD, and veteran mental health. I am trained in EMDR, allowing me to help clients safely process distressing experiences that continue to shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. My background includes working with diverse populations in high-stress environments, which has strengthened my ability to stay grounded, attuned, and responsive during difficult conversations. Whether we’re navigating trauma, managing ADHD symptoms, or untangling the impact of military service, my training helps me create a structured and supportive approach so you can experience meaningful, long-term change
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I value kindness, realness, and the belief that people can heal at any stage of life. I care deeply about supporting trauma survivors, veterans, and anyone who has felt misunderstood or overlooked. I regularly advocate for mental health awareness and encourage conversations that challenge stigma and promote emotional wellness. Outside of work, I’m someone who enjoys simple, grounding things — time with family, traveling, and finding moments of calm in a busy world. I want clients to know that I’m human too, and I bring that humanity into the therapy space.
