About My Clients
I work with people navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, and relationship strain—especially when shaped by long-term stress, complex histories, or systems that haven't made space for them. Many of the folks I work with are used to pushing through. In our work, there's room to pause, tell the truth, and actually feel what's been held in for too long.
My Background and Approach
I'm an intern therapist under licensed supervision, completing my Marriage and Family Therapy training. I’ve spent over a decade supporting people impacted by systemic trauma, incarceration, and disconnection. My clinical work draws from emotionally focused therapy, somatics, and family systems, with a strong focus on relationships and attachment. I support individuals, couples, and families working through conflict, grief, and survival patterns. I show up with warmth, clarity, and a commitment to making space for your full story.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should support people in finding clarity, connection, and agency—not just coping. My approach is rooted in care, accountability, and respect for lived experience. I'm committed to creating space that’s responsive to the impact of systemic harm and attuned to the realities people carry. Outside the therapy room, I stay connected to work that keeps me grounded in community and aligned with values of equity, dignity, and access. I also love animals, and can often be found communing with birds in my front yard. :)
