I’m a licensed therapist and astrologer in Seattle. I integrate intuitive astrology and other spiritual practices into Internal Family Systems therapy to facilitate deep, lasting healing. I help clients reconnect to their bodies and innate wisdom. My professional and personal life is grounded in Health At Every Size, a weight-neutral approach to wellness.
