My Background and Approach
My specialties include but are not limited to: Anxiety, Chronic Illness (for both individuals and couples), Grief & Loss, Couples and Marital Stress, Life (stress, finding purpose, major events), Relational Challenges, Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Eating Disorders. I incorporate “out of the box” techniques such as nature, art, somatic technqiues & music as a means for healing. My passion for mental health & well-being comes from my personal experience in overcoming chronic health challenges where I saw first-hand how interconnected our bodies & minds are. I look forward to helping you take the first step toward growth & reach your goals.
