My Background and Approach
The tools that I provide you with, are tools that I have been perfecting over the course of a decade for people just like you. My goals is for you to have the necessary skills to learn how to get up, get out, and get back to life before depression. I focus on the root cause of your depression, so that you are able to recognize your triggers and how to avoid them in the future. I am direct and goal oriented. We will work collaboratively to help you reach the life you so desperately desire.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I personally believe that therapy at some point, is good for everyone. Therapy with the right therapist, can offer you a space where you are able to open up freely without the worry of feeling judged. A safe place where you can unlearn unhealthy patterns and learn healthy ones. Through my own therapy, I discovered the triggers to my depression. I was able to address what led to my depression and since then, I have not struggled with depression in yours. I took back my life and you deserve too as well.
