My Personal Beliefs and Interests
A nurturing mother and certified advanced yoga teacher, I give clients the opportunity to open themselves to new ways of looking at things, and at themselves. Life can be hard, but with the right tools, we can do anything and find balance. It’s okay to feel your feelings; to feel more than one thing at once. You do not need to be “broken” to be helped immensely by therapy. Arrive, do the work, and be able to show up as a lighter, more genuine version of yourself in your personal life. I am here to support you; to open your eyes to ways in which you can better support yourself.
