About My Clients
Specializing in ADHD, family and relationship issues, alternative spirituality, and codependency. My clients have often grown up in households where their emotions weren't prioritized. This often bleeds into their adult romantic relationships, careers, and self-esteem. I help my clients untangle the enmeshment in their families while building more authentic, fulfilling relationships. I also work with those following alternative spiritual paths and experiencers of anomalous phenomena.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I completed my Master's in Counseling, with a concentration in Marriage, Family and Couple, at Southern Methodist University, and my Master's in Psychology, with a concentration in Spirituality and Mind-Body Practice from Teachers College, Columbia University. My approach is existential, transpersonal, and systemic. I help my clients untangle generational patterns in their families so they can connect with their most authentic selves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in finding a balance between connection and individuality. I want to help my clients make the most of the life they have before them. My interests include cult studies, spirituality, paranormal phenomena, and intuition.
