My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I believe that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to make meaningful changes in their life. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy and will often use elements of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and art therapy in my work. I will work with you to create a space where you feel comfortable and understood. We will explore solutions to problems and identify patterns that are no longer serving you to help you achieve your goals.
