My Background and Approach
I feel that looking at the whole of a person’s life is key to uncovering the root cause of problems and discovering ways to move forward. Utilizing evidence-based techniques from various practices I desire to create a space in which you are truly safe to share and process your life experiences, thoughts, beliefs and feelings. I strongly believe in the power of vulnerability, authenticity, and non-judgmental curiosity – all of which are needed to implement lasting change in our lives. As your counselor, I consistently offer unconditional acceptance, guidance, accountability, and encouragement as you take steps toward personal growth and healing.
