Maybe you’re feeling stuck or unsure. Maybe your anxiety or depression make it difficult to fully participate in the things going on around you. It takes bravery to seek help and I believe from here you begin to change your story.
My Background and Approach
I feel that looking at the whole of a person’s life is key to uncovering the root cause of problems and discovering ways to move forward. Utilizing evidence-based techniques from various practices I desire to create a space in which you are truly safe to share and process your life experiences, thoughts, beliefs and feelings. I strongly believe in the power of vulnerability, authenticity, and non-judgmental curiosity – all of which are needed to implement lasting change in our lives. As your counselor, I consistently offer unconditional acceptance, guidance, accountability, and encouragement as you take steps toward personal growth and healing.
