About My Clients
My clients are often high-achieving women and overwhelmed moms who feel anxious, burned out, stretched thin, or stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Many are navigating parenting, pregnancy, or postpartum changes, relationship stress, work pressure, or the mental load of trying to hold everything together. I help them feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and real. My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to explore what is weighing on them without judgment. I am especially passionate about helping women and moms move out of cycles of anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt so they can feel more grounded and connected to themselves. My clinical interests include perinatal mental health, EMDR therapy, anxiety, burnout, boundaries, parenting, relationship patterns, and the mental load many women carry. I enjoy helping clients understand the connection between past experiences and present-day stress, while also building practical tools for daily life. I value authenticity, self-compassion, emotional awareness, and helping clients create lives that feel more aligned and
