About My Clients
I work with adolescents, adults, and other therapists who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, self-critical, burnt out, or uncertain about how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, relationship struggles, or a major life transition, therapy can offer a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin making changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
My Approach to Helping
My approach is rooted in psychodynamic theory, which means we’ll pay attention to patterns, relationships, and the ways your past may be shaping your current experiences. At the same time, I work flexibly and tailor therapy to you; integrating practical tools and strategies that support your specific goals. I aim to balance insight with action, helping you better understand yourself while also finding meaningful ways to cope, grow, and move forward. Therapy with me is reflective, collaborative, and always centered on your unique needs.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, a difficult life transition, or patterns in your relationships you can't quite name, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are. My training at Northwestern University shaped a thoughtful, insight-oriented approach: together we'll gently explore how past experiences may be shaping your present, and use that understanding to help you feel more grounded, confident, and clear in your life today. I see therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and respect.
