My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Board-approved clinical supervisor with over 20 years experience - I have helped individuals and families find healing and relief through challenging and desperate situations. I treat clients with a variety of issues such as adhd, adjustment disorder, and mood disorders and specialize in trauma, family conflict, grief & loss, depression & anxiety, adverse childhood experiences, abusive relationships, toxic & narcissistic communication, ADHD, adoption (adoptees, bio/first and adoptive parents), and family of origin related issues. I use targeted treatment methods, that are proven to be effective and will help you heal from trauma or any other life challenges. I teach real tools for emotional regulation and changing patterns that no longer serve you. EMDR trained & trauma-informed.
