About My Clients
Do you find yourself stuck in cycles of self-doubt, sadness, or disconnection, no matter what you do? You’re someone who works hard to keep it together, but still find yourself overwhelmed, feeling numb or disconnected, and questioning your worth. It’s exhausting to carry so much alone. But you’re ready to make a change. You’re ready to feel more grounded in who you are. You’re ready to build better relationships and more self-trust. Most of all, you’re ready to feel seen, supported, and whole.
My Background and Approach
I’m trained in Gottman Method Level 2 and integrate CBT, ACT, and DBT to help clients build insight, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships. I specialize in supporting teens, adults, and couples navigating depression, anxiety, identity challenges, emotional disconnection, and low self-worth. My warm, down-to-earth approach creates a safe, collaborative space where you can explore patterns, feel validated, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-trust, stronger connections, and a life that feels more grounded and whole.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where all parts of you are welcome - your culture, identity, lived experiences, and hopes for the future. I’m committed to creating an affirming, inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC communities, and anyone whose voice has felt unheard. My work is grounded in social justice values and a belief that mental health care should be accessible and responsive to diverse needs. Outside of my practice, I support organizations focused on suicide prevention, youth empowerment, and mental health advocacy. I value empathy, curiosity, and the courage it takes to create change, and I bring these values into every session.
