You're smart and level headed, but it's been a stressful time and you'd like to try some new strategies for getting where you'd like to go. I help clients explore the root of their challenges so we can put their strengths to work with evidence based tools. I also specialize in supporting gen z & millennial men wanting better relationships.
My Background and Approach
There are hundreds of tools to help reduce stress and anxiety. It's overwhelming to try and find the right tools by yourself. Together, we will strategize to figure out the best techniques for your unique concerns and strengths. We'll talk through your current challenges, identify the root of your struggles, and create a plan for moving forward. When you work with me, you will learn new tools that you can continue to apply long after our work together is complete. We'll put your strengths to work so that you can complete therapy with the confidence and skills you need to thrive long after our work together is done.
