My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and learn tools that actually help in everyday life. Together, we’ll work to better understand the patterns contributing to stress, anxiety, burnout, or sleep difficulties while building coping strategies you can carry with you outside of sessions. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), to help improve both emotional wellness and sleep. We’ll focus not only on managing what feels overwhelming in the moment, but also on creating lasting changes that help you feel more balanced, grounded, and connected to yourself over time. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling supported, empowered, and more confident in your ability to navigate life’s challenges.

I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and accessible. I value creating a therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move at their own pace. I view therapy as a space for growth, self-understanding, and healing—not perfection. I also understand how difficult it can be to ask for support, especially when you are used to carrying everything on your own. My goal is to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while building strategies and tools that support lasting emotional wellness.
