About My Clients
My clients are women with ADHD who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to keep up. Many are navigating big life changes like motherhood, career shifts, or identity transitions. They've often spent years masking or pushing through, and they're ready to understand themselves in a more compassionate way. Whether or not they have a formal diagnosis, they want support that truly fits their brain.
My Background and Approach
I'm a licensed mental health counselor and registered art therapist offering virtual sessions to adults in Massachusetts. I specialize in helping women with ADHD feel more grounded and confident as they navigate life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming - I use both talk and art therapy (no art experience needed) to support self-understanding, emotional regulation, and real-life strategies that actually work. I work from a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed lens. I bring curiosity, humor, and compassion into the therapy space. Whether you're navigating burnout, identity shifts, or just feeling like you're always "too much" or "not enough", I'd be honored to support you.
