I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, perfectionism, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. Whether you’re struggling with intrusive thoughts, feeling overwhelmed by ADHD, processing a difficult life event, or simply looking to better understand yourself, we’ll work together to build practical skills while addressing the underlying patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy should feel like a genuine partnership where you feel heard, understood, and supported while also being challenged to grow. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety and have extensive experience working with individuals with ADHD across the lifespan. I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. When working with children and adolescents, I also incorporate play-based interventions, creative activities, and parent collaboration to support lasting growth beyond the therapy room. My goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help clients better understand themselves, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop practical skills they can carry into everyday life. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, take healthy risks, and celebrate

I believe every person deserves to be met with compassion, respect, and without judgment. My role is not to tell clients who they should be, but to help them discover who they are, what matters most to them, and how to move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic. I strive to provide an inclusive, affirming space where individuals from all backgrounds, identities, cultures, and beliefs feel welcome. I value curiosity, honesty, humor when appropriate, and the belief that healing is possible, even when it doesn’t happen overnight. Therapy is not about being “fixed”- it’s about building resilience, increasing self-understanding, and creating lasting change one step at a time.
