My Background and Approach
In my practice, I focus on treating the whole person- not just their symptoms. Research has shown that the mind, body, and spirit are all connected together. This is why I offer, “Walk and Talk” therapy and use an integrative approach with my clients connecting "whole body" wellness and mental health together. I use a client-centered approach, in which the client is the expert in their life, combined with CBT and narrative therapy. There are obstacles and hurdles that we overcome at every stage in our lives and my goal is to support my clients in their own self growth and discovery to make positive changes.
