About My Clients
Many people come to me struggling with people-pleasing, self-criticism, thoughts of “what’s wrong with me?”, feeling disconnected from loved ones, emptiness, parental self-doubt, or never feeling good enough. I specialize in working with adults who feel stuck in patterns affecting their life satisfaction, relationships, parenting, and ability to enjoy life. Together, we explore these patterns, build insight and self-compassion, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
Having moved from France when I was 7 years old, I have experienced being submerged in an unfamiliar culture and enjoy working with diverse families and individuals. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with clients from a variety of backgrounds and cultures and value, above all else, using a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to every individual I meet. I take a solution-based approach to helping my clients achieve their mental health goals, tailoring treatment to fit the needs of each individual. I use techniques from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy.
