About My Clients
I am a seasoned therapist with experience helping clients with an array of issues including, but certainly not limited to: developmental trauma, parent-child/attachment issues, PTSD, life transitions, gender/identity issues, behavioral issues, domestic violence, depression, anxiety and divorce/separation.
My Background and Approach
I use a client centered, holistic approach that acknowledges you as the expert in your own life and experience. My role is to provide support, guidance, reflection and walk beside you in your wellness journey. With interventions such as EMDR, body centered and somatic therapies, child centered therapy and therapeutic yoga interventions, my therapy practice uses the magical outdoor spaces in our community and/or your home, instead of an office. These spaces can provide a safe place to explore and UnEarth core wounds that may be hiding in the shadows, allowing you to…..
