About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults struggling with OCD, anxiety, trauma, and related challenges. If intrusive thoughts, excessive worry, fear, or past experiences are making daily life difficult, I provide a supportive space to help you regain confidence and control. Using evidence-based approaches, including CBT and ERP, I help clients reduce symptoms, build resilience, and move toward the life they want to live.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice and a Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia, where I also earned a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I began my career at Project Safe, Inc., working with survivors of domestic violence and individuals struggling with substance use. Through this work, I gained extensive experience in trauma recovery, crisis intervention, emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, and group facilitation. I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, and trauma-related concerns using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and focused on helping clients find lasting relief from anxiety and fear. I also incorporate creative, hands-on strategies and grounding techniques to help clients feel engaged, supported, and empowered throughout the therapy process.
