About My Clients
My strengths are helping others with stress management, anxiety, increasing self-esteem and motivation. I work with young women going through significant life changes to empower them to heal and have healthy minds and bodies. During weekly sessions, we will explore your emotions and behaviors that can lead to positive changes. You will learn about yourself and what steps work for you toward what you want to accomplish. You will get the opportunity to put them into practice in your daily life.

I want to help you recognize your strengths and reach your potential. I look forward to watching you make progress and helping you get to a positive outcome. I understand choosing to engage in therapy is not easy, and it takes commitment. You are already one step closer to healing, self-exploration, and personal growth just by being here.
