About My Clients
My clients are individuals that may find themselves struggling with everyday stress, or a specific challenge such as depression and/or anxiety. My practice focuses on children up to adolescents, and neurodivergent families. These individuals need a comfortable space in which they can find guidance and support.
My Background and Approach
I can offer you tools so that you will know what to do in any given situation. My goal is to help you find your best solution and relief to whatever you may be experiencing. With my background in ABA (applied behavior analysis), and many years of working with neurotypical and neurodivergent children, I can offer a well-rounded approach to helping you and your child find the best fit for your lifestyle and future. I utilize various therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, etc) and find which would work best with the individual. You will have the tools, and support needed in any given situation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life is challenging! Each stage of life will bring something new, and that can be scary. I am a single mother with a (now adult) neurodivergent son. I understand the dedication, hardships, emotional breakdowns and everything that can come with it. It is not something anyone can do on their own, and it is okay to ask for help! I'm a very open minded person, and I support all lifestyles and communities. I am constantly learning (and enjoy it), so I will always bring the latest ideas and help to you.
