About My Clients
My clients most often face PTSD, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder. I am Client-focused, trauma informed and holistic, so clients can get the most out of their appointments. As a therapist, I provide a safe, nonjudgemental and neutral environment for healing.
My Background and Approach
I've been a social worker since 2012. I first began providing individual therapy in 2016. Before I began providing individual therapy I worked in addictions counseling, hospice care, and as a caseworker for a non profit agency that provides community services to individuals who deal with severe and chronic mental health challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Many major life events can be challenging, or even traumatic. We face grief, loss, and other life transitions that can leave us feeling lost and hopeless. Although we face hardships in life, I always believe that there is hope for the future.
