My overall goal is to help individuals successfully manage their symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, chronic pain, health concerns, sleep, OCD, and other issues so that it no longer impacts daily life. I use a holistic, evidence-based approach to better understand the biological, psychological, and social factors that reinforce your symptoms. Whether these factors are known to you or not, we will work through each area to make sure you have the full support you need for lasting change.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, judgment-free environment for individuals of all identities and backgrounds. I believe that the complexity of your identity is important to building a tailored, culturally informed, and effective treatment, and I prioritize building a collaborative rapport that emphasizes shared decision making.
