My Background and Approach
I am a highly sensitive person in recovery from anxious preoccupied attachment who loves helping woman find their way through those challenges. My approach integrates mind and body so you understand what happens inside yourself and gives you power over your reactions. In session with me, you feel safe and validated. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR and somatic body centered therapies to help with stress, anxiety, trauma and relationship challenges.
