Cancer & Caregiving is near and dear to my heart on a personal level as well as a professional. I have committed to patients and caregivers facing the battle daily for the past decade. From diagnosis to survivorship and all the things in between. I would love the opportunity to dive into the parts that feel scary from expectations, treatment decisions based on quality of life, scanxiety, body image, impact on loved ones relationships, and life after diagnosis.

Anxiety & Depression, I paired these two up because well sometimes they go hand in hand. It may be clouding over your daily life. Through therapy we will work on unraveling those thoughts & feelings and find ways to cope to help manage life. From the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) were we walk through our thoughts, feelings and behaviors, mindfulness, psychoeducation and coping mechanism you can practice daily.
Walk & Talk therapy is an opportunity to take your therapy session outdoors. Meeting up and sitting across from your therapist in an office may not be how you want your therapy journey to look. For years research has shown the benefits of being in nature. Eco-therapist have been tasked with the job to add more nature to cityscapes, business, office spaces, and so on. Why not meet up in nature?
