My Background and Approach
I am an LCSW with extensive training in psychoanalysis. I work largely through insight oriented treatment modalities, meaning my goal is to help you learn about yourself with the goal of healing and integration. With you, I will work toward healing on a deeper, longer lasting level. Additionally, I am trained in Heart Centered Hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy, especially in conjunction with traditional "talk therapy" can be a a useful tool in treating past trauma and opening up new future possibilities.
