About My Clients
Howdy! Let’s talk about what you can expect from a session with me. The techniques I utilize are from the foundations of Person Centered and Solution Focused Theory with some art therapy mixed in (if you are comfortable with experimenting with creative therapy). During our first session, we will discuss what goals you would like to accomplish during our time together. My philosophy of therapy is, I feel you are the authority in your life and therapy can be a catalyst to identify barriers.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in settings ranging from inpatient, outpatient, mobile crisis specialist, respite center, and private practice settings. I believe that the past is important; however, what you are experiencing here and now is paramount. Let’s work together to make your preferred future a reality.

I find it a privilege to have the opportunity to assist you, your child, your family, or your relationship. I do not take what I do lightly, and I look forward to answering any questions you may have now or in the future.
