I work primarily with adults and couples. Most of my clients are seeking support to better manage life and relationships. An important aspect of my practice is providing care for LGBTQ and Spanish-speaking folks. I am committed to providing affirming and culturally competent care.

My approach to therapy is influenced by various theories. In my work, I use interpersonal/client-centered counseling. It is imperative for me to establish a trusting relationship with my clients. I support my clients by offering unconditional positive regard and empathy.

I believe that mental health is maintained when connection is maintained and vice versa.
