I work from a collaborative, strengths-based, person-centered perspective and specialize in providing a safe, sex-positive space for individuals of all genders and sexual orientations. My style is warm, nonjudgemental, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and grounded in body liberation.
My Background and Approach
I offer an individualized, integrative approach and draw from a wide range of techniques including creative arts therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and more. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to growth or healing; together, we will find what works for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strive to work from an anti-oppressive perspective grounded in body liberation. I am a queer, anti-Zionist, Jewish therapist and specialize in working with folks within sexually marginalized populations including individuals who identify as queer, kinky, non-monogamous, or sex workers.
