About My Clients
My clients are motivated and committed teens and adults who are looking to address concerns related to anxiety, interpersonal trauma, attachment, relationship issues, and stress. I understand therapy can be uncomfortable and even scary at times. Which is why I am committed to creating an environment that allows for clients to feel more at ease when sharing about, processing, or discovering various parts of themselves.
