My Background and Approach
We will work to identify the root of the issues at hand as you progress on your journey; give a voice to your story, inspire you; build upon your strengths and gain insight into who you are and what you need for healing and wellness. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and EMDR are utilized.
