About My Clients

I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, and chronic pain/illness. I also enjoy helping individuals explore sexual/gender identity and multicultural/multiracial identity concerns.

My Background and Approach

As your therapist, I'll lean heavily on evidence-based treatments while honoring the importance of personal experiences and emotional narratives. This means I trust scientific research to guide our work, while also understanding that genuine, human connection holds healing power in itself. Together, we'll work to notice and deepen understanding of your thought patterns and emotional experiences. Through this practice of self-reflection, we can harness your strengths and bring new awareness to inner narratives and unhealthy behaviors.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

In session, I tend to lead with warmth and curiosity and love to connect with my patients through humor. As a multiculturally responsive therapist, I encourage conversations around all components of your identity – whether visible or invisible - because all parts of who you are impact the way you interact with and experience the world.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
