I feel so fortunate to work with women and young adults who are navigating challenging life transitions, struggling with anxiety, family conflict, and/or self-worth. My Background and Approach
My work with women struggling with anxiety, family conflict, and self-worth is centered around creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your unique experiences and feelings. I take the time to really get to know you, understanding your personal history and what makes you who they are. I work to help women begin to listen to themselves and increase their self-trust. It's easy to get caught up in external expectations and pressures, and it can be hard to hear our own inner voice. By exploring your thoughts and feelings together, we can begin to recognize what feels genuine and true to you. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to help you build the skills and confidence needed to create a fulfilling and meaningful life. By drawing on your unique strengths and insights, we can navigate challenges and find a path forward that feels authentic and empowering.
