My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in each individual’s capacity to embrace their journey and discover their own path to healing, finding peace and purpose along the way.My work centers on my passion for facilitating transformative change and personal growth. I specialize in Depth Psychotherapy, which delves into the profound, often unconscious aspects of the psyche. This approach aims to raise consciousness and uncover the underlying patterns that shape our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering significant self-discovery and awareness. Over the past several years, I have worked with underserved communities on critical issues like sexual abuse, childhood trauma, and PTSD. This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complex relationship between trauma and mental health, preparing me to support those affected by these challenges.
