About My Clients
I work with clients who are dealing with ADHD, anxiety, obsessive compulsive tendencies, and women's health that are impacting their day to day functioning, relationships, and work. I am approved by the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) from the PSYPACT Commission. This means that I can work with individuals who are part of any of the 42 PSYPACT states in the United States. Further information can be found at psypact.org.
My Background and Approach
I have had the honor and privilege of working with adults in a wide variety of settings and situations. I have worked in inpatient psychiatric hospital, residential substance abuse facility, neuropsychological center, and wrap around centers for severe and persistent mental health. These experiences have allowed me to focus on addressing the needs of individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorders, addiction/substance use challenges, older adults and neuropsychological concerns, trauma-related issues, and women's health. I have learned the importance of taking a non-judgmental and empathic stance with all my clients. I believe that everyone deserves to have a safe and welcoming space to enter where they can work on whatever is on their mind without having to be concerned about what the therapist thinks or feels.
