About My Clients
Throughout my career I have worked with various populations including: college students with disabilities, gender-diverse youth, folks struggling with mood disorder such as Depression and Anxiety, folks struggling with eating disorders, and folks looking for support in exploring their sexuality/identity.
My Background and Approach
I utilize many modalities and techniques in counseling, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT.) Together we can work towards building confidence, increasing positive coping skills, and building resiliency
