I work with adults in one-on-one sessions and really enjoy supporting neurodiverse folks, people exploring their identity, or anyone who just needs a space to vent and make sense of life. I bring honesty, empathy, and a little humor into the room, and my goal is always to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no filter needed.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with experience working with children, teens, and adults in both group and individual settings. My approach is humanistic—I’ll meet you where you’re at with empathy, honesty, and a bit of well-placed humor. I draw from DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and strengths-based approaches, but above all, I believe therapy should feel collaborative and tailored to you. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be inclusive, affirming, and rooted in social justice. I’m committed to creating a space that actively supports LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent individuals, and people from marginalized communities. I strive to honor each person’s lived experience and the ways systems, identity, and culture impact mental health. Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me spending time with my partner, our toddler, and our pets. I love reading, going to live music shows, and recharging with my favorite people.
