About My Clients
Laura strives to facilitate insight, positive change, and growth for young adults and adults. She helps individuals overcome difficulties such as eating disorders, adjustment to college, grief & loss, and relationship concerns.
My Background and Approach
I practice from a DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) model and HAES (Health at Every Size) approach. I consider collaboration and the therapeutic relationship to be the foundation of change and healing.
