My Background and Approach
My career has been fueled by a passion for helping clients grow and thrive through the challenges they face. I aim to provide the support necessary to navigate meaningful transformation beyond those challenges. My work with clients includes building awareness, developing skills to cope with difficulties, and empowering you to make the necessary changes. I am fully trained in EMDR in addition to offering talk therapy approaches including Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Internal Family Systems.
