My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all here to shine our light in whatever way is authentic to us and that we are all blessed when each of us does that. I believe that health comes naturally when our mind, body, and spirit are in balance. I believe in giving back and have always volunteered my time working with Wounded Warriors and the Native American communities among others.
