About My Clients
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to navigate what comes next can be exhausting. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, anger, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, or major life transitions. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and work toward meaningful and lasting change. My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is active and supportive. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor treatment to your specific needs, helping you identify unhelpful patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward goals that align with your values. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make changes at your own pace. Therapy is a partnership, and I believe meaningful progress happens when you feel supported, respected, and actively involved in the process.
