You know you need to make a change, but feel helpless and overwhelmed at where to begin.
My Background and Approach
I've been helping people navigate change and reconnect to themselves for years, so they can be who they want to be at home, at work, with family and friends and when they're alone. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, faith crisis/transition, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, or other challenging issues in their personal or work lives. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every individual has the right and the potential to reach their optimal level of mental and emotional well-being. Life can be challenging, and the need and desire for change transcends race, culture, ethnicity, gender, orientation, religious beliefs and background. I believe every person, including you, can benefit from having the safe, non-judgmental and compassion space that therapy can provide. Therapy shines light on your blind spots, allowing you to see yourself with more clarity so you can make better decisions that empower you in your life.
