About My Clients
I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted from trying to manage life on their own. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, or major life transitions and are looking for a space where they can slow down, process their experiences, and reconnect with themselves. I especially enjoy working with clients who are new to therapy and motivated to actively engage in their healing and personal growth.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) with a master’s degree from Naropa University, where my training emphasized mindfulness, creativity, and whole-person healing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered in their growth. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, overwhelm, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. I integrate talk therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and creative approaches to help clients process experiences, build insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and self-compassion. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and confident as they navigate challenges and create lasting, meaningful change in their lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and compassion. Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are, but about creating space to better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with your strengths. I believe each person’s story is unique, and therapy should honor your individual experiences, values, and pace of growth. My approach is grounded in curiosity, authenticity, and collaboration. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring emotions, patterns, and challenges without shame. I also believe creativity, mindfulness, and self-expression can be powerful tools for healing and insight. Above all, I believe meaningful change is possible when clients feel seen, supported, and empowered in the therapeutic process.
