I specialize in helping couples and families through every stage of the life cycle. I provide family therapy for teens and their parents, co-parenting, blended families, and adult children and their parents. I offer relational/couples therapy for married and unmarried partners, premarital counseling, separation/divorce, and polyamorous relationships. I also help individuals struggling in these areas.
My Background and Approach
I use a blend of approaches, tailored to each specific client to meet their needs, including family systems theories, interpersonal neurobiology and mindfulness. I work collaboratively with my clients and am dedicated to helping each person feel heard and understood in therapy.
