About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, relationship patterns, and the impact of difficult experiences. You may have already done meaningful work on yourself but still feel like something deeper hasn’t shifted. Our goal isn’t to eliminate anxiety, but to help you feel steadier, trust yourself more, and have more choice in how you respond rather than feeling controlled by old patterns.
My Background and Approach
I’m interested in the architecture underneath the patterns and symptoms bringing you in. Anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, overthinking, and difficulty setting boundaries often developed for a reason. Rather than treating these responses as something wrong with you, we get curious about what your nervous system learned, what different parts of you may be trying to protect, and what experiences continue to shape how you respond today. My work integrates EMDR, parts work/ego state therapy, nervous system awareness and a systemic lens. Together, we can move beyond understanding *why* you feel the way you do and help that understanding translate into something you can actually feel and experience differently.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change is absolutely possible and that you already have what you need inside you to create it. Sometimes we just need the right support and approach to access it. Past experiences shape patterns and beliefs that can feel incredibly true, even when we sense there’s more to who we are. I see mental health symptoms as signals from the body and nervous system, calling for care, attention, and healing. I’ve experienced the power of therapy as both a clinician and a client. We all deserve spaces where we can be seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I’m committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space for the clients I work with—honoring each person’s lived experience and story. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll often find me out in nature, caring for my houseplant collection, or experimenting in the kitchen (while trying not to leave a mountain of dishes behind)!
