About My Clients
I help driven, insightful women shift patterns like burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt—despite all the personal work they’ve already done. You’re ready to move forward. Together, we’ll go deep in a way that feels safe and supportive, so you can create lasting change and live with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.
My Background and Approach
The tools I bring to our work are ones I’ve honed over the past 10 years—helping driven, insightful women break free from patterns that keep them stuck. My primary approach is EMDR, a powerful method that goes beyond talking and helps you resolve what’s beneath the surface, through both mind and body. We’ll start by understanding your current challenges and how they’re linked to unresolved past experiences. You’ll learn grounding and regulation tools that help you feel safe and steady, even when difficult emotions arise. Once you’re ready, we’ll go deeper—addressing the core of what’s keeping you stuck, so lasting change becomes possible. Throughout our work, you’ll gain the ability to think and feel differently—not just in session, but in your everyday life. My goal is for you to walk away from therapy with meaningful gains you can carry forward, so you can live with clarity, confidence, and freedom—not stuck in old cycles.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change is absolutely possible—and that you already have what you need inside you to create it. Sometimes we just need the right support to access it. Past experiences shape patterns and beliefs that can feel incredibly true—even when we sense there’s more to who we are. I see mental health symptoms as signals from the body and nervous system, calling for care, attention, and healing. I’ve experienced the power of therapy as both a clinician and a client. We all deserve spaces where we can be seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I’m committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space for the women and women-identifying clients I work with—honoring each person’s lived experience and story. I actively support LGBTQIA+ rights and reproductive freedom. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll often find me out in nature, caring for my houseplant collection, or experimenting in the kitchen (while trying not to leave a mountain of dishes behind)!
