My Background and Approach
I help clients find emotional balance, stronger relationships, and better sex. I draw from psychodynamic, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to defeat self-deprecating patterns and harness emotion. I am not a cliché, hands-off therapist—I will guide you in deconstructing lifelong patterns and help you replace them with more preferred behaviors.
