Meet Laura, a compassionate and dedicated mental health therapist with over four years of experience. She has a passion for helping individuals navigate life's difficult challenges and overcome mental health issues to ultimately live a fulfilling and productive life. Laura creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions and work towards personal growth. With a gentle but direct approach, Laura's goal is to empower her clients with the tools and strategies necessary to manage and alleviate their symptoms. Through a range of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, and accelerated resolution therapy, Laura has helped countless individuals overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and a range of other mental health issues.
