About My Clients
My clients range in age from 12-65. I am very inclusive in my practice. I enjoy treating all people from all communities. My specialties are Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety, Depression and Addictions. I hold active licenses in the States of FLORIDA and NEW YORK.
My Background and Approach
I consider myself a generalist but I have extensive experience treating OCD, Anxiety and Depression using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specifically Exposure and Response Prevention. I also enjoy providing the psychodynamic approach to therapy with people who are not in such a rush to be done with treatment. MY PRACTICE IS STRICTLY A TELEHEALTH PRACTICE.
